Jigsaw Records does not allow returns/exchanges unless a mistake was made on our part. All returns need a 'Return Authorization'. Please call (949.916.8934) to get a Return Authorization. Returns made before proper authorization will be rejected. In this case, we will not pay for the item to be shipped back to you. Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.
Vinyl/CD Returns
All vinyl and CD returns are final. We inspect the products to make sure there are no chips and/or scratches. Any records with a slight warp are due to imperfect pressings and distributor storage. They are all playable and can usually be corrected with a slight bend in the opposite direction. This problem is easy to correct. Just place your thumbs on the center of the record and flex the edges in the opposite direction of the warp. Rotate, repeat, test on the turntable. Do this a couple times whenever you play the record and it should fix itself.
Clothing Returns
Only unworn clothes can be returned within 7 days for a different size only. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return/exchange unless a mistake was made on the part of Jigsaw Records.
Artwork/Poster Returns
All artwork is sold as is. Some pieces include slight imperfections or wearing and are mentioned in the product description before the time of purchase.

use US Mail and please include:
1. your order number
2. your full name
3. your address
4. your phone number
5. your e-mail address
6. the reason why you are returning the item
